Flag Football Uniform Sizing & Fabric Guide
Speed and agility win in 7v7 — your uniforms shouldn’t slow you down. Here’s what to know when ordering custom flag football uniforms from Sideline Uniforms:
Sizing: We offer youth (XS–XL) and adult (S–4XL) sizes. Flag football jerseys and shorts are cut with a streamlined athletic fit that moves with you — not too loose (so flags stay accessible) and not too tight (for full range of motion). Shorts include an elastic waistband with drawstring and are cut above the knee for sprinting. To find your size, measure around the fullest part of the chest, the natural waist, and your preferred inseam, then match to our size chart. You can mix youth and adult sizes — and different quantities per size — within a single team order at no extra charge.
Fabrics: Our flag football uniforms use ultra-lightweight, breathable performance polyester with moisture-wicking technology to keep you cool during fast-paced tournament play. The four-way stretch fabric moves with every cut and sprint, and the smooth finish won’t snag. Designs are dye-sublimated directly into the fabric, so your team colors, numbers, and logos stay vibrant wash after wash.
