Custom-Made Items

All Sideline Uniforms products are made to order based on your approved design. Because each item is custom-produced specifically for you, all sales are final once production begins (after you approve the final design proof).

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect — for example wrong sizes, wrong colors, or a design that does not match your approved proof — please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@sidelineuniforms.com. We will arrange a replacement or a refund.

Cancellations

Refunds can be issued before production starts. You may cancel your order for a full refund any time before production begins. Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@sidelineuniforms.com with your order number and, if applicable, photos showing the issue. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
