Because each item is custom-produced specifically for you, all sales are final once production begins (after you approve the final design proof).<\/p>\n<h2>Defective or Incorrect Items<\/h2>\n<p>If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect \u2014 for example wrong sizes, wrong colors, or a design that does not match your approved proof \u2014 please contact us within 14 days of delivery at <a href=\"mailto:support@sidelineuniforms.com\">support@sidelineuniforms.com<\/a>. We will arrange a replacement or a refund.<\/p>\n<h2>Cancellations<\/h2>\n<p>Refunds can be issued before production starts. You may cancel your order for a full refund any time before production begins.
